Clinical Philosophy
Dr. Patel believes that informed patients make better decisions about their eye health. He takes the time to thoroughly explain every diagnosis, treatment option, and preventive strategy — ensuring you understand not just what is happening with your eyes, but why it matters and what you can do about it.
Originally drawn to engineering for its problem-solving nature, Dr. Patel discovered that optometry offered the same analytical challenge combined with the ability to build lasting relationships and directly improve people's quality of life. That combination of technical precision and personal connection defines his approach to every patient encounter.
Beyond the Clinic
Raised in Wildorado, Texas, Dr. Patel grew up working in his family's hotel business — learning the value of hard work, hospitality, and treating every person like family.
When he's not in the office, Dr. Patel enjoys golfing, watching Formula 1, exploring art museums, cooking for his family, and learning about space.
As Past-President of the Texas Optometric Association and Past-President of the Tarrant County Optometric Society, Dr. Patel advocates for the highest standards of eye care across Texas.
